I noticed we didn't have a food forum! *nudges KT*
anyways, I'm a blossoming cook and I've been trying out my own recipes! so I thought I'd share so you all can share your thoughts on my own made recipes that I've learned from my grandmother and the food network channel.
Cheesey Garlic Bread
Now this garlic bread is best on soft, dinner rolls.
1 cube of butter, melted 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (I found the garlic powder works best in the warm butter) 1 tablespoon of cream cheese a hand full of cheese
First, turn the oven on to broil, let it heat up
now, melt the butter all the way to it's heated enough to where it's still comfortable to stick your finger to check the temp. Now whisk in the garlic powder, and then once that's together, drop in the cream cheese, and whisk that in so it's all mixed together good. you can kinda want to make it fluffy.
Then take a cooking brush, the ones that are used to spread marinade on meats and stuff, and spread the butter mix over the bread! After that, spread the cheese, lightly, over the bread, then drop the bread into the oven and watch it, depending on the oven, it may take different cooking times. It took about 7-9 minutes in my toaster oven.
But there you have it! My first written recipe
if you make any of these that I write, please, please, please, share on what you thought of it!

Sounds delicious, Ari! Actually, we have a "What's Cooking" forum, but I don't mind another one at all. What's Cooking?

Sounds tasty, Ari! It is right up my alley since the crunchy crust of garlic breads cuts the top of my mouth. Certain of the medications that I take seem to have sensitized the lining of my mouth. So, I may try this recipe in the near future.
